Jean is a beautiful woman inside and out.
The way she conducted our ceremony was flawless from start to finish. I can honestly say if it wasn't for Jean, our ceremony would not have been as good as it was. She was emotional, personal, and it wasn't like a stranger conducting our ceremony, it was a friend who had known us for years! The way she wrote the ceremony was absolutely beautiful, and when speaking to our guests they said that the ceremony was the best part of the day!
Jean, we adore you and anyone would be lucky to have you as their humanist.

Jean Steele was the celebrant for our wedding. She was brilliant throughout the whole process. She really took the time to get to know us, she was so organised and incredibly responsive. Even on the day she was prepared for any eventuality and really made our ceremony special.

Jean Steele conducted our wedding ceremony at Dundas Castle.
I first met Jean at the wedding fayre at Murrayfield. She was extremely welcoming and approachable, coming across as someone whom you would like to be part of your wedding.
During the booking process, Jean made everything clear and easy to follow. She was also on hand to answer any queries and was prompt in all her replies. She spent time really getting to know the two of us as a couple. She answered all of our questions about the process as well as how things would run on the day. Jean provided us with the draft of our ceremony quickly and in detail, showing she had listened closely to all of our personal anecdotes and stories.
On the day of our wedding, Jean came and greeted both of us separately and put our minds at rest as to how the ceremony would run. The ceremony itself was personal, thoughtful and just the right tone of emotional. Many of our guests commented on how lovely the ceremony was and how individual it was to us, as a couple.
It was absolute pleasure having Jean officiate our ceremony and would most definitely recommend her services to friends and family in future.

Jean, I don’t even think I am capable of putting into words how amazing you were.
From day one that Marta and I met Jean, we knew this was a match made in heaven! Honestly she is so kind, caring, thoughtful and doesn’t miss any detail. We simply couldn’t imagine our big day without you!
You guided us step by step all the way for the day we met until we tied the knot ! (Quite literally as Jean helped us with all the prep for our hand fasting too!)
We spoke a few times over video call as this worked best with our busy schedule and when we finally met on our wedding day face to face it was almost as if we had known one another for such a long time.
Jean will always hold a very special place in both our hearts. Anyone would be very lucky to have this extraordinary woman officiate there wedding.
Before and after the ceremony took time to get to know our friends and families all of which shared our strong opinions for Jean.
I don’t think there was a dry eye in the room, the ceremony was so personal and heart warming. A truly magical moment that we will never forget!

Absolutely Fantastic!
Jean Steele was an absolute pleasure to work with, she made myself and Susie feel so at ease and our meetings with her were filled with so much fun and laughter. Jean made our ceremony so uniquely special to us and we honestly can't thank her enough for everything she done in lead up to and also including our wedding day.
Jean made our day just flow with ease and filled it with fun, love and laughter especially in her ceremony, she also didn't even flinch when our best man forgot our wedding rings.
Jean truly went above and beyond for us both all the way through the process and especially on our wedding day which made it truly magical.
